How do I assign a program or exercise to my patient?

Below is the process to be followed to assign a program to a patient on the Wizphys.io App :-

1. Open the Wizphys.io App

2. Create a patient by adding the phone number

3. Select a template program of exercises that are to be assigned to the patient

4. Edit the template by adding, deleting the exercises

5. Click on “Assign Program” to enable the patient to access the program through the Wizio Patient App

6. You can edit the program, using the edit option to update the contents of the program.

What are the different pricing structures available?

Physio assigns a program to their patient using the Wizphys.io App. Physio recommends the Wizio App to the Patient. Patients can directly activate a program assigned to them by their physio by completing an online payment. Customers will receive an invoice upon purchase of subscription.

How can I change the schedule and contents of the assessments available on the Wizio App

We have a pre-designed framework of assessments built in conjunction with a team of medical professionals. A lot of research has been put into designing this framework.

Please email us your requirements with all details in a word document. We will review the same with our team of medical professionals and revert to you with the next steps.

 

How do I maintain the validity of the duration of the program assigned to my patients?

Depending on the type of program, it is valid for a specific period from the date of activation. After the end of validity period  the patient will be able to view a part of the exercise plan and reports but not use the motion tracking system and assessment procedure.

I want to prescribe an exercise that is not available on the App? What should I do?

Please follow the below process for adding a new exercise.

1. Raise an Exercise creation request using the attached online form

2. Submit videos of 5 persons doing the exercise

   1. Each person should be recorded from front and side views with the camera placed on the ground at a slight angle. Each video should be less than 10 MB in size

   2. Each common mistake that you would like the motion tracking system to detect needs to be recorded separately from the two camera angles mentioned above

   3. Based on an approval from our team of medical professionals we would incorporate the new exercise within 96 working hrs.

 

Pricing 

Our prices can change from time to time, depending upon the complexity, duration and effort required in developing and maintaining each module. The pricing seen on the application is applicable for that day and will not be revised under any circumstance.

 

How is my patient's exercise performance score calculated?

The score depends on the adherence to the quantity and quality of exercises prescribed in the program. If you complete all sessions you gain points. If you do all repetitions as prescribed then you gain points. If you make less errors while exercising you gain points.

 

My patients are unable to use the application and would like a refund?

You can refer to the refund policy here. Also here is a simple tutorial to help you understand how to use the application and its various features.

 

How can refer another physio to the application. 

You can share your referral code with a friend via whatsapp or SMS. After the referee physiotherapist has completed their onboarding process and successfully serviced 5 patients through the Wizio App, you will be eligible for a referral bonus. This bonus will be paid in the form of credits on the WIZPHYS.IO App. These credits are not encashable.
