How do I use the Application to track my exercises?

  1. Watch the guidance video detailing every step of the exercise. You will see the common errors that you should avoid in the video as well.

  2. Once you have understood the exercise, keep the camera on the ground leaning against a wall or any other small object. Stand some distance away from the phone and make sure that your entire body is visible in the frame. Tie the theraband or arrange any other equipment as required. Assume a stationary position so that our motion detection system can start tracking you. When our system is ready you will see that the signal has turned green.

  3. The system will track the number of repetitions as well as the error made while exercising. This will be communicated to you on the screen as well as through audio commentary.

  4. You and your physio can accordingly assess your progress under the reports section.

Camera orientation for exercises.

Different exercises require you to take different positions. Some require you to stand, some require you to sit and some require you to lie down. This also means that your movement can be best viewed and analysed by the system if the phone camera is kept in a certain place with a certain orientation. In the guidance video of each exercise, you can view the correct position of the camera to be maintained for accurate tracking. The guidance videos can be accessed through the exercise section available on the home page.

Are you recording and storing my videos?

We do not record, store or transfer any videos from the users device. We only process the live video and analyse the movements from it. Hence you will also see that no video file is created on your mobile device under any folder. We take explicit permission from you to collect your exercise images to train our image classification models. These images are only of the region of interest pertaining to individual exercises. Your data is anonymously collected. This data is not shared with any third party customers, vendors, etc.​

The tracking system is not working even though I am exercising?

Our human posture and motion tracking system depends on a few elements. Please check them once again.

  1. Is the complete body visible in the video or camera?

  2. Is there sufficient lighting in the room?

  3. Have you waited for the signal to turn green before beginning the exercise?

  4. Are there other people in the frame of the camera?

If you still think the tracking system is not working, please raise a ticket using the customer support under settings.

​​I was doing different exercises than what I am seeing in the App. Is this correct?

If you have been assigned to a program on the App by your physiotherapist, it means that the physiotherapist has verified the exercises and is advising you to undergo that program. In case you wish to verify this again, you can drop a message to the physiotherapist through the App by visiting the messaging section

How is my exercise performance score calculated?

Your score depends on the adherence to the quantity and quality of exercises prescribed in the program. If you complete all sessions you gain points. If you do all repetitions as prescribed then you gain points. If you make less errors while exercising you gain points.

What is Quality, Adherence and Score?

Quality - Depending on the number of errors made while exercising, your quality score is calculated. Lesser the errors, higher is the quality score.

 

Adherence - This signifies your attendance or diligence in exercising as per the schedule prescribed. For greater improvement, exercising daily as per the schedule is crucial. A higher adherence to program is always advisable.

 

Score - Your score depends on the adherence to the quantity and quality of exercises prescribed in the program. If you complete all sessions you gain points. If you do all repetitions as prescribed then you gain points. If you make less errors while exercising you gain points.

How can I know the errors I am making while exercising?

Errors are displayed on the progress page. Errors for each exercise are shown separately, depending on the frequency of occurrence. Here you will also see how to avoid these errors.

 

How can I share my progress with my physiotherapist or doctor?

If you have been assigned to a program on the App by your physiotherapist, that physiotherapist already has access to your progress. Your progress is made available to them in the form of simplified reports and graphical visualisations. They also receive any messages you may have sent them through the App. 

 

My Physiotherapist has asked me to do 2 new exercises but they are not reflecting in the App.

Your physiotherapist has access to manage your program. This also includes editing your program for whatever reason. Hence if the new exercises are not accessible to you on the App, it means that the physiotherapist has not updated the program. Please drop a message to the physiotherapist through the App by visiting the messaging section

I am unable to use the application and would like a refund?

I am not consulting any doctor or physiotherapist. How do I subscribe to the program directly?

Please install the application. When you are activating the program, you will be asked to complete a free AI assessment. Depending on the results of the assessment our artificial intelligence would decide if you should be directly assigned to a program or if you should consult a physiotherapist first. In the first case, you can subscribe to the program directly by completing an online payment process and begin the program.

How can I refer a friend to the application. 

You can share your referral code with a friend via whatsapp or SMS. Your friend can use the code to avail a discount while completing the online payment and subscribing to a physiotherapy program on the App. Standard network provider charges will apply.

 

I do not have an answer to a question asked in the assessment. I wish to not answer a question asked in the assessment.

All the questions in the assessment are compulsory. Considerable research has been done to design and implement this assessment. Please select the most appropriate answer accordingly.

 

How can I retake the assessment.

The assessment schedule is designed to track progress after specific intervals of time. Your progress can be most effectively tracked if the assessment is completed exactly based on this schedule. Hence we also do not provide the option of retaking the assessment.


 

Pricing 

Our prices can change from time to time, depending upon the complexity, duration and effort required in developing and maintaining each module. The pricing seen on the application is applicable for that day and will not be revised under any circumstance.
